Police Arrest Suspect in Exposing Self to Child in Bronx

BRONX– Cops have arrested a suspect in an attempted sexual assault on a child.

Police have arrested 29-year-old Jose Prado of 135th Street. They have charged Prado with attempted criminal assault.





Investigators say Prado is the man who exposed himself to a boy inside a Norwood building.

Cops say the incident took place at around 6:25 pm on January 23. Inside an apartment building elevator on Gun Hill Road, a man approached an 11-year-old boy.

The man talked with the child about video games and was able to lure the boy to a different area of the building. There he exposed himself.

News 12 is reporting that the creep tried to force the boy to perform a sex act on him. The child pushed him away and fled.
