Power Tool Fools Caught on Camera

Home Improvement Thieves Stole from Bronx Home Depot

BRONX- A pair of home improvement thieves thought it was one-stop shopping for free power tools at a local Home Depot. Cops say the thieves struck the same store at least three times making off with expensive tools.

Cops are looking for a man and woman who ripped off the Home Depot in Throggs Neck throughout the month of May. Investigators say the same couple struck at the Home Depot at 2560 Bruckner Boulevard on May 13, 17 and 18.

In each case the pair removed several power tools from the shelves and walked out the store without paying.

Police released photos from the store’s surveillance cameras.
