Group Slashes Bronx Man, NYPD Says
At around 6:57 pm on May 21, three men approached a 19-year-old in front of 3250 Westchester Avenue.
The NYPD says a 16-year-old pulled out a box cutter and slashed the man across the forehead and the left side of his neck.
As the victim lay on the ground helpless, the other two attackers kicked and punched him. The victim was rushed to Einstein Hospital where he was treated for cuts to the forehead and neck as well as abrasions to his right wrist and knee. He is listed in stable condition.
The main attacker with the box cutter is described as a 16-year- old black male who is 5 foot 8 and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, light blue shorts, and yellow sneakers.
The second suspect is a Hispanic man who is 5 foot 8 and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black track pants, gray sneakers, and a blue du-rag.
The last suspect is a Hispanic male who is 5 foot 6 and 180 pounds. He has a medium build and a short black afro. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and black sneakers.
