Investigators said the victim was so brutally beaten on a Mott Haven sidewalk that he was knocked unconscious with a fractured skull.

A nearby surveillance video captured the incident. A man is seen punching the victim across the sidewalk until he collapses. However, that did not deter the attacker. He continued to punch and kick the victim in the head as he lay on the ground until the man blacked out.
A woman is seen acting as a look out while the beating continued.
Cops did not say what precipitated the attack or if the victim was robbed.
The victim was rushed to Lincoln Hospital where he was treated for a fractured skull.
