Bronx Package Thief Robs Post Office 

Porch Pirate Walks Off with Multiple Packages from Post Office


NEW YORK– One impatient porch pirate could not wait for the Post Office to leave packages unattended on a home owner’s porch to rob them- so he robbed the Post Office directly. 



Cops released surveillance video of a thief who robbed packages directly from a Bronx Post Office. 


Investigators said that at around 10 pm on August 21, the crook walked into the rear entrance of the post office at 465 East 188th Street. He is seen on the video taking packages out of the sort bins and simply walking off with the items.  



The suspect is described as a black male, 30 to 40 years old with a slim build who is 5 foot 9. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, Chicago Bulls basketball jersey and dark colored shorts.
