A mother and 10-year-old daughter were suffocated to death in the Bronx. The NYPD says a man was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
On the eve of Father’s Day, police were called to a three-family home in the Belmont section at 1:32 p.m., for a report of domestic dispute.
After a brief stand-off with the suspect, they entered the home and discovered the bodies of a 10-year-old female and a 34 year-old female. The victims were declared dead at the scene.
Reports claim the victims were suffocated to death. However, cops would not comment until after the Medical Examiner’s office releases its report.
A 32 year-old male, believed to have suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, remains in critical condition at St. Barnabas Hospital.
The NYPD identified the victims as Heaven Ross, 10 and her 34-year-old mother Linda Manigault.
