2 Teens Shot Near Bronx Mall

Gunman Opened Fire in Soudview

BRONX– Two teenagers were shot across the street from the Bruckner Mall and now cops are asking for the public’s help to find the gunman. 

At around 8:30 pm on January 28, a gunman opened fire on two males ages 15 and 19. The shooting took place in front of the Met Food supermarket on White Plains Road, across the street from the Bruckner Shopping Center and Bruckner Commons. 

Both victims were taken to Jacobi Medical Center where they are listed in stable condition. 

Cops did release a photo of the suspect but not a motive for the shooting.  

The suspect is described as a 25-year-old African-American male with a medium build and a beard. He was last seen wearing dark pants, a black hooded sweatshirt and a black coat.
